Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice and High Precision plans.

As a courtesy, we will bill insurance on your behalf, however you are responsible for all copays and co-insurance at the time of service

All other insurances are considered out of network and will not be billed.

You will be provided with a good faith estimate prior to receiving services as well as a superbill each month to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.


What are your fees

For Psychotherapy:

  • Intake/Initial Session (60 -75 mins) $ 170

  • Individual 53 + mins session: $155

  • Individual 45 +min session $145

  • Individual 30+ min session $135

  • Family Therapy 55+ min session $160

(Please note that they are self-pay rates and may be different if you are using insurance)

How do I access the client portal?

Please click below and you will be redirected to Simple Practice’s client portal.

Here you can:

  • Schedule or cancel appointments

  • Send a message to your therapist

  • Get links for your Telehealth appointments

  • View statements, bills, etc.


How can I communicate with My therapist or staff outside of sessions?

In order to protect you personal information, we use several HIPAA compliant platforms including Simple Practice and Google Suites/Voice.

What precautions are you taking for COVID-19?

We are considered a medical facility and as such follow all CDC, federal, state and local safety guidance.

This means that MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN OVER MOUTH AND NOSE while in session, waiting room and in building until further notice.

Currently, we offer both in person sessions and teletherapy via our HIPAA compliant platform, Simple Practice.


How do you protect my personal health information ?

  • We utilize Simple Practice a HIPAA compliant electronic medical record system.

  • Any paper-based protected health information (PHI) is kept in a locked file cabinet in a locked room.

  • We do not email with clients.

  • We do regular safety audits.

  • We never disclose any PHI without written consent.
